          Ken Haycock was professor and director of the iSchool during a period of transformation from to , leading faculty and students in a process of shared governance and developing the first solely online accredited MLIS program, the largest in the world, with 3, students in 14 countries.

          He also introduced a Master’s degree in Archives and Records Administration (MARA), graduate certificates in several areas and an international PhD program. Several endowed awards and scholarships were funded through alumni giving.
