Werner von Siemens was a German electrical engineer and the founder of the Siemens conglomerate.
Born on December 13, 1816, in Lenthe, Kingdom of Hanover (present-day Germany), Siemens played a crucial role in the development and expansion of electric railways.
Early Life and Education
Siemens received his education at the Artillery and Engineering School in Berlin.
